What the Duck

From scroll
to snapback.

What the Duck is a Zurich-based social media agency built around bold ideas and content that stops the scroll. Together with Rosarot, we translated the brand's signature "W" into a physical piece — a snapback cap with raised 3D embroidery.

The Project

Translating a digital brand
into a physical piece.

Rosarot developed the design concept around the bold "W" — a mark that is simple, direct, and instantly recognisable.

Our role was to translate that graphic into a precise raised 3D embroidery and pair it with the right snapback cap to achieve the clean, sculptural look the logo required.

Small details made the difference: stitch density, embroidery height, thread selection, and the structure of the front panel. The focus was not to add complexity, but to execute the logo with clarity and precision.

The result is a minimal snapback cap that brings the brand from the digital world into a physical object — simple, confident, and instantly recognisable.
