A firm, structured weave that holds its shape and takes embroidery with clean definition. The classic choice for a cap that looks intentional.
Cotton Twill
A diagonal weave with a softer hand and subtle texture. Slightly more refined than canvas — works well for dad cap silhouettes and tonal branding.
Structured construction
Six panels, sewn to consistent tension. Crown height and brim curve are set to spec — every cap in the run matches the approved sample.
